permission denied or transaction rejected by supplier (error code 0001)

 

Description

This error can occur in two different scenarios - please choose the usecase that applies for your case:

scenario 1: usecase ContentCard HTTPS API
This error-code can occur if
- the used password is incorrect
- the user login does not have the proper permissions to perform the action / operation requested
- the system that is requesting at the interface is not granted for either the URL called, the IP is not whiltelisted or the systemID (cspid) is not granted for this URL

scenario 2: usecase direct topup transaction for mobile numbers / sim-cards
The transaction was rejected by the supplier as the balance has already been topped up.


Recommended action

scenario 1: usecase ContentCard HTTPS API

Please verify the request sent to use the correct values
- usage of a valid password
- adressing the correct URL
- that the outgoing IP is the correct one that was announced to brodos and got whitelisted
- the the correct systemID / cspid is used
- that the correct action / operation is requested
