Error during processing of transaction, transaction rejected by supplier (parameter is missing or value is malformed) (error code 0012)*
This error can happen if the request that was sent either has some malformed values or if some mandatory parameters are missing.
The supplier was not able to process the request successfully and declined the request.
This can be due to various reasons:
1. An invalid/unknown mobile number.
2. Not yet active sim-card on side of the Mobile Network Operator.
3. Due to a blocked sim-card.
4. Some malformed values in the request or if some mandatory parameters are missing.
Also a temporary error on side of the supplier can be possible.
Please verify that you have chosen the correct product for the SIM-card (correct mobile network operator).
Also please check your entered number for any kind of typos.
Please note that freshly activated SIM cards usually need to wait a few hours before they can be topped up.
Please also ensure that the sent request parameters are in line with the interface specification and it does match the chosen product and try again.
