The supplier was not able to process the request successfully.
This can be due to various reasons, like an invalid/unknown mobile number, a not yet active sim-card on side of the Mobile Network Operator or also due to a blocked sim-card.
Also a temporary error on side of the supplier can be possible.
Please verify that you have chosen the correct product for the SIM-card (correct mobile network operator?)
Also please check your entered number for any kind of typos.
Please note that freshly activated SIM cards usually need to wait a few hours before they can be topped up.
