Error during processing of transaction or transaction rejected by supplier (MAC error) (error code 97)*
The supplier was not able to process the request successfully and declined the request.
This error can happen if the request that was sent either has some malformed values or if some mandatory parameters are missing.
Also a temporary error on side of the supplier can be possible.
Please verify that you have chosen the correct product for the SIM-card (correct mobile network operator).
Also please check your entered number for any kind of typos.
Please note that freshly activated SIM cards usually need to wait a few hours before they can be topped up.
