For each order you will receive a notification via E-Mail as soon as the goods have left the warehouse.
In case there are detailled delivery information (such as parcel number) they are included in this notification which you can use to track your parcel.

For each order you will receive an order confirmation via E-Mail.
In the lower section of the E-Mail you can either confirm or decline this order from beeing processed.
Also you can state the delivery address to where it should get shipped.
Please ensure you have confirmed the order via this E-Mail as otherwise the order cannot get processed.
Once you confirmed it the order will get processed automatically
