Find my error:

get MAC of Kiosk (while app IS running): 3-dot-menue >> Update data now
get MAC of Kiosk (while app IS NOT running): android settings >> about device >> status
0) Exit the app
1) Go to the Android settings
2) Go to 'Backup & Reset'
3) Now select 'Factory data reset'.
4) Check 'delete SD card'
5) Confirm with 'Reset device'.
The device will start automatically after resetting.
Then set up your device again. Usually that means:
1) Set up network connection (wifi or ethernet)
2) Create a Google Account
3) Install App
