Recommended action

Check whether the stick or monitor is defective.

There is a method how you can do this:

1. Remove the stick from the monitor.
> If the monitor starts normally, the stick is defective and must be replaced. Please contact your sales representative.
2. If the monitor remains black, please check the power connection again; if there is still no signal, the monitor is defective and must be replaced.
