My cash register settings don’t fit. My cash registers are using the wrong cash register (TQ00465)

As the cash register settings are different for each customer and depending on the application, we cannot give exact instructions.

Please try to solve the problem with the help of our following guidelines:

1. Settings at the main cash register (must be made per store)

  • In brodos.net go to Sales -> Cash Register -> Settings
  • At "Cash Register - Settings for this PC" the option "This PC is a Cash Register" must be selected.
  • Please make sure that the location of this cash register is selected correctly.
  • For the account fields directly below, please consult your accountant or tax adviser to know what values need to be entered here.
  • Then click on "Save" below to apply the settings.

2. Settings for all other cash registers in the same store

  • In brodos.net go to Sales -> Cash Register -> Settings
  • At "Cash Register - Settings for this PC" the option "This PC is connected to cash register" must be selected.
  • Then select the PC name of the main cash register (see point 1) in the drop-down menu.
  • Then click on "Save" below to apply the settings.
