Error during processing of transaction or transaction rejected by supplier (error code 14104)*
The supplier was not able to process the request successfully.
This can be due to various reasons:
1. An invalid/unknown mobile number.
2. Not yet active sim-card on side of the Mobile Network Operator.
3. Due to a blocked sim-card.
4. Temporary error on side of the supplier.
Please verify that you have chosen the correct product for the SIM-card (correct mobile network operator).
Also please check your entered number for any kind of typos.
Please note that freshly activated SIM cards usually need to wait a few hours before they can be topped up.
