Error while updating article data.

Recommended action

Main reason is a faulty default config. Please get in contact with us to get your configuration updated.

Of course you can try to fix it yourself by following these steps:

Deleting the database
- Open the Explorer App at the kiosk.
- Open the path 'XORO Storage' or 'Internal Storage' or 'NAND FLASH' ... /Android/obb/
- Delete the *. obb file.

Delete the LOST. DIR
- Open the Explorer App at the kiosk.
- Open the path' XORO Storage' or' Internal Storage'.
- Delete the file LOST. DIR.

Carry out a works reset
- Open the settings at the kiosk.
- Click on "Save & Reset".
- Click on "Return to factory defaults".
- Click the Delete SD card button.
- Click "Reset Tablet".
- You will then need to re-submit your Google Account and download the app from the Playstore (located under "My Apps & Games").
- The Shop ID and the shop URL can be found on your customer number in the system 1 "Brodos Distribution" (not in the WAWI system!). Filter in the ticket module according to the subject "Your Kiosk" or the competence "Kiosk - Settings".
