Error while placing order (error code K1010 / MK1010)*



This error occurs while sending an order if your Shop ID is not set correctly.

Recommended action

You have to correct your Shop ID:

1) Go to "3-dot-menu" in upper right corner of Kiosk App.
2) Go to "Settings" and confirm with password.
3) Correct your Shop ID.
