No compatible database available (error code K1011 / MK1011)*
Currently there is no compatible database available on our server.
1. Uninstall the Kiosk app, there is a method how you can do this:
(a) Go to the settings of the Kiosk device.
(b) Click on the Apps in the settings.
(c) Search for the app "Brodos.net Kiosk" and Click on it.
(d) You will see the option of uninstall and click on it.
(e) App will be uninstalled.
2. Open the Explorer app.
3. Open the path XORO Storage or Internal Storage or NAND FLASH.. /Databases.
4. Delete all sub folders.
5. Re-install the Kiosk app, there is a method how you can do this:
(a) Click on the Google Playstore in your apps in Kiosk Device.
(b) In Playstore navigate to via the menu (3 horizontal bars).
(c) Click on "My apps & games".
(d) Click on the Kiosk app in My apps & games.
(e) Confirm the download by pressing the button "Download".
(f) Confirm to finish the download by using Google Playstore.
(g) The download should now start.
6. Open the app, navigate to Settings and enter ShopID and ShopURL.
