To either figure out if a sales transaction got cancelled or to find the cancellation transaction you need the transaction number of the sales transaction (or alternatively the serialnumber).
Normally you can find this information on the bon receipt or in brodos.net sales analysis.
There is a method how you can do this:
1. Please open the website: https://www.brodos.net
2. Login with your userdate and navigate to menu.
3. Click on the CONTENTCARD.
4. Click on the ANALYSIS.
5. Click on SALES PER ITEM.
6. In the search mask enter the transaction number in field "REFERENCE NUMBER".
7. Please ensure to choose a proper time period for tracking (date from to).
