Recommended action

Please check that your device is connected to the Internet properly.

There is a method how you can do this:

1. Please go to the home page of Kiosk and check that it is connected with wifi (see question TQ00193 "My device is not connecting to the internet").
2. Please check your notification that Kiosk is not offline.
3. If it is online then please check your internet speed.
