My order does not get processed (TQ00165)

Recommended action

1. For each order you will receive an order confirmation via E-Mail.
2. In the lower section of the E-Mail you can either confirm or decline this order from being processed.
3. Also you can state the delivery address to where it should get shipped.
4. Please ensure you have confirmed the order via this E-Mail as otherwise the order cannot get processed.
5. Once you confirmed it the order will get processed automatically.
