Recommended action

Check whether the stick or monitor is defective.

There is a method how you can do this:

1. Remove the stick / box from the monitor and disconnect the power supply for at least 10 seconds.
2. Connect the stick / box to the monitor and the power supply.
3. Check whether the stick / box works again.
4. If the stick / box still does not work, disconnect the stick / box from the monitor and check if it works without the stick / box.
5. If the monitor remains black, you must assume that the monitor is defective.
6. In this case, please test the stick / box on another monitor / screen.
