Recommended action

In this case, the Splitter may be defective.

There is a method how you can do this:

1. Connect the my-Store.TV stick directly to one of the monitors.
> If the stick starts normally the Splitter has to be replaced.
> If the monitor remains black, the my-Store. TV stick must be replaced.
