Please check if you have already received a shipment notification on the e-mail address you entered when placing your order. If you have received a shipment notification, please check the parcel number on the website of the parcel service provider to see if your delivery was made to a parcel shop or to a neighbour.

If you have not yet received a shipment notification and the expected delivery time has already passed or you cannot find your delivery despite the parcel number, please contact our customer service by stating your order number.
