When do I get my money back? (TQ00346)

Recommended action

Once your return has been processed and approved for refund, we will arrange for credit to be issued to the retailer for orders paid for in the store, who will then contact you.
You can choose to arrange a cash refund in the store or an alternative refund option with your retailer, such as bank transfer. For home orders and online payment, the refund will be made in the same way, for example to your PayPal account.
