I have received an E-mail with a link to a ticket or an invoice. When I click on it I get an error message (TQ00434)

Recommended action

Tickets and invoices are system specific. For example, if you are currently logged into your merchandise management system and then open a link for a ticket that is located at your distribution access (system 1), you will receive a corresponding error message.

Please log in with your other access and then click on the email link again.
