Recommended action

Make sure that the latest version is installed and the device is connected to the Internet:
1. Connect a mouse to the device.
2. Press the right mouse button to exit the application.
3. Open the Google Playstore.
4. Click on the three bars in the search bar to open the menu.
5. Click on "My Apps & Games".
6. Update the my-Store.TV app.

Delete faulty videos:
1. Connect a mouse to the device.
2. Press the right mouse button to exit the application.
3. Open the "Explorer" app, which allows you to view all data on the device.
4. Select "Internal Memory".
4.1 Now you should see the "Channel" folder, among others. If not, go back one level and select a different location.
5. Right-click on the Channel folder to bring up a context menu.
6. Delete the folder.
7. Restart the device (not just turn off the TV, but really the box itself).
8. The my-Store.TV app should start by itself. If not, start it manually.
9. The app should start loading the spots.
