Only one pin came out, though I wanted to make two or more transactions (TQ00463)

Recommended action

Please first check how many transactions have actually been carried out:

1. Go to ContentCard.
2. Click on "Evaluations".
3. Click on "Individual Overview".
4. You can see your ContentCard transactions.

You can reprint transactions that have already been made using this view. You must execute any missing transactions again.
