I have created a credit note and can’t find it at the cash desk closing (TQ00484)

Credits only affect the cash desk closing time if the payment term was "cash" or "EC card payment.

If you have further developed a credit memo from an invoice, the credit memo automatically ends up in the same cash register / cash desk closing time as the original document.
