How does the order processing work in my brodos.net Onlineshop? (TQ00527)

Recommended action

You can choose which delivery options are activated in your online shop. There are "Home delivery" and "Order in shop" - you decide whether only one or both should be active. By default, both functions are activated.

You can change the delivery function by specifying which functions should be stored in the "Further changes" field in our change form.

 

Option 1: Home delivery

1. Your customer selects the desired product and places it in the shopping cart.

2. He then selects the delivery function "Home delivery" in "My shopping cart" and presses Continue to checkout.

3. Now your customer enters his billing & delivery address and his contact details.

4. Your customer then selects the desired payment method. These are currently:

- Credit/Debit Cards
- Instant bank transfer
- PayPal
- Giropay

5. Your customer now pays directly online. Brodos takes care of the collection and collects the money from the customer.

6. Your customer gets the goods delivered within the specified delivery time - you don't have to worry about anything else.

7. You will receive your maximum generated margin from us in the following month.

 

Option 2: Delivery to the shop

1. Your customer selects the desired product and places it in the shopping cart.

2. He then selects the delivery function "Pick up in shop & pay" in "My shopping cart" and presses Continue to checkout.

3. Now your customer enters his billing & delivery address and his contact details.

4. By clicking on the button "Order with costs", the customer now reserves the goods in your shop.

5. As a retailer, you will then receive the information that your customer has ordered the goods and would like to collect them from your shop.

You now decide whether we should send you the goods or whether you should get them yourself.

If you want the goods delivered, you have to confirm this with just one click in your e-mail address.

Note: If you do not confirm, NO product will be shipped. If you do not want the product delivered by us, ignore the mail. The order will then be automatically cancelled after a few days.

By the way, you can change the e-mail address by entering the correct e-mail address in our change form.

6. Your customer then comes to your shop and pays for the goods on the spot.
