App download is not working (‘downloading’) (TQ00100)

Recommended action

Please ensure that you download the app using the Playstore. Please do not download the app using the webbrowser.

There are two methods how you can download the app:

a) Download the app via download link sent to you in an email.
1. Click on the central button with the 6 dots on it to open all available apps on your Kiosk device.
2. Click on the app "Gmail".
3. Open the mail sent to you. It will have the topic "xyz".
4. Open the link in it.
5. You will be redirected to a Google website.
6. Confirm the download by pressing the button "Download".
7. Confirm to finish the download by using Google Play store.
8. The download should now start.

b) Download the app directly via Google's Play store.
1. Click on the Google Play store in your apps in Kiosk Device.
2. In Play store, click on the search bar.
3. Enter text 'brodos Kiosk' in the search bar and click search.
4. From the search results, select the app named 'Brodos.net Kiosk' from the search results.
5. Next, tap on 'Install' button.
6. Accept to finish the download by using Google Play store.
7. The download should now start.
