Downloading and installation of new updates are cancelled / interrupted and do not complete (TQ00142)

Recommended action

  1. Please remove your gmail account
    > Go to the settings in the Kiosk device.
    > Click on the Google in the settings.
    > You can remove your google account.
  2. Don't go back from this page and their will be a option to add a new gmail account, please add it again.
    > Please add the same google account which one you are using previously.
  3. Please uninstall the Kiosk app
    > To uninstall the app please follow below steps:
    3.1 Go to the settings of the Kiosk device.
    3.2 Click on the Apps in the settings.
    3.3 Search for the app "Brodos.net Kiosk" and Click on it.
    3.4 You will see the option of uninstall and click on it.
    3.5 App will be uninstalled.
  4. After that please re-install the app
    > To install the app please choose either option 4.1 or 4.2.4.1 Open "PlayStore“
    > In Playstore navigate to via the menu (3 horizontal bars) to "My apps & games“.
    > Choose the app "Brodos.net Kiosk" and install it.
    > Hint: in case you cannot find the app there, please ensure that your are logged in with the correct Google account which you have stated at the time of ordering the Kiosk at your distributor.4.2 Open the following link in your web browser:

    > Open a web browser.
    > Enter the link.
    > In the confirmation popup please choose "complete action using Play Store“.
    > Install the app.
    > Hint: in case you cannot find the app there, please ensure that your are logged in with the correct Google account which you have stated at the time of ordering the Kiosk at your distributor.
