My brodos.net Kiosk displays the error ‘Error when retrieving the data’ (TQ00205)

Recommended action

1. Please exit the app and switch to the Android settings and check if the internal storage (e.g "XORO Storage) is still recognised correctly in the menu "Storage".
2. Look for option "mount" or "delete" SD-Card.
3. If this doesn't help and the error still exists, reset the tablet to the factory default settings via the menu "Backup & reset" -> "Factory data reset".
4. After that please sign in with your google account, install Kiosk app.
> To install the app please choose either option 4.1 or 4.2

4.1 Open "PlayStore“.
> In Playstore navigate to via the menu (3 horizontal bars) to "My apps & games“.
> Choose the app "Brodos.net Kiosk" and install it.
> Hint: in case you cannot find the app there, please ensure that your are logged in with the correct Google account which you have stated at the time of ordering the Kiosk at your distributor.

4.2 Open the following link in your web browser

> Open a web browser.
> Enter the link.
> In the confirmation popup please choose "complete action using Play Store“.
> Install the app.
> Hint: in case you cannot find the app there, please ensure that your are logged in with the correct Google account which you have stated at the time of ordering the Kiosk at your distributor.

5. Go to the settings (e.g. ShopID, ShopURL) in the kiosk app.
