Why does the customer’s address have to be entered when placing an order? (TQ00303)

Recommended action

1. The only time the customer’s address absolutely has to be given is when the goods are to be delivered directly to the end customer.
2. In all other instances, you can simply enter your store address also.

We require the customer data in order to keep them up to date with the status of the order. In order to do this, we need the e-mail address to be entered.
