Update channel of your my-Store.TV device (TQ00513)

Recommended action

Please follow below instructions to resolve your issue:

  • If you are existing customer and has my-Store.TV device installed at your place or you want to change the channel of your device then please follow below steps:
    • Open brodos.net App & click on three bar menu icon - place top left of the screen.
    • Click on My devices.
    • Click on my-Store.TV tab.
    • Click on the "+" icon - set channel.
    • Enter required details and select channel from the list (you can select existing running channel or you can change channel by selecting any other channel from the list).
    • Click on Submit request.

Note: Channel update request can processed for each device individually. If you have multiple my-Store.TV devices installed then you need to send request for each device individually.

  • If you are new customer and willing to register a player then please follow below steps:
    • Open brodos.net App & click on three bar menu icon - place top left of the screen.
    • Click on My devices.
    • Click on my-Store.TV tab.
    • click on "Register Player".
    • Enter required details.
    • Click on Submit request.
